General Provisions
In accordance with this Agreement the Website Administration provides its Users with the services of creating online design projects of residential premises (Rooms) providing Users with the access to specialized Services posted on the Website, which allows them, inter alia, to order the Goods of Partners, posted on the Website.
By registering at the Website as a User, an individual accepts fully and unconditionally all the terms of this Agreement (acceptance of public offer) and expresses its consent to them.
In case of violation of the terms of this Agreement, the Site Administration has the right to refuse the User to use the Site and Services.
User’s personal data and information storage
Any personal information about the User, provided by them when registering at the site and placing orders, is used for the purpose of providing the Administration and Designers services and providing access to the Site services under the terms of this Agreement, as well as for establishing and maintaining communications with the User, improving the quality of services, including supervision, sending different information, conducting statistical research.
By providing personal data, the User gives the Site Administration the right to perform all actions with personal data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data in accordance with the purposes of processing and applicable law.
The Website Administration guarantees the adoption of all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal data of Users.
Personal data of Users may be transferred without the consent of the User exclusively to the authorized state bodies in cases stipulated by the legislation.
By accepting this Agreement the User agrees to transfer its personal data to the Partners of the Website Administration for the purposes of proper and timely execution of orders of the User, namely for the purposes of concluding contracts of sale of Goods of Partners, implementation of mutual settlements under the said contracts, execution of the said contracts, acceptance of payments for Goods, organization of delivery of Goods to Users, etc. The above Personal Data shall include: last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of the User, his telephone number, Goods delivery address.
